Gapsule is a focus timer for iOS, macOS, and watchOS. It is designed to work entirely on your device.
None. Gapsule does not collect, transmit, store, or share any personal data. We operate no servers and use no third-party analytics, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
If you grant calendar access, Gapsule reads your events locally to suggest free time slots for focus sessions. Calendar data never leaves your device and is never stored beyond the current session.
Gapsule Pro subscriptions and the Lifetime purchase are processed by Apple via StoreKit. We never see or store your payment information. Apple may provide us with anonymized transaction and subscription-status data.
Focus sessions, streaks, and settings are stored locally on your device (and in your iCloud account if app groups syncing applies). Deleting the app deletes this data.
If this policy changes, the updated version will be posted at this URL with a new effective date.
